Project – Architecture of apartment for Mr.Rajat Sachdev
Area – 3500 SQ.FT
Location – Lohegaon, Pune
This compact apartment design with relatively larger rooms was an attempt to counter the challenges of maximum space utilization in cities. The facade was designed in such a way that the apartment resembles a bungalow.
